Where something is decides what it can relate to, and which actions are permissible for it.

I am investigating position as a foundation for relationships. Before two things can relate, each has to be somewhere — and where it is constrains what it can reach, what can reach it, and what it is permitted to do.
This is a position I hold and am working from. It does not yet have a formal definition: relative to what frame a position is taken, and what counts as one, are part of the open work.
